Friendly staff and facility is nice and clean. Equipment is very nice and easy to use. Sauna is awesome. I use a trainer and it has been a great experience. Highly recommend!

Quick to take Summit membership money but slow with problem resolutions. The app fails to show class schedules/locations/times. 6 in person visits for a fix and only one attempt to get someone else's
