I want to preface this by saying this review is for Reliable Parts Canada and not this specific location. I've never had any dealings with this location. But the online customer service is horrendous.

There is no local phone number. The 1800 is not answered during business hours. I have tried returning a part that I don't need and was never delivered and they won't do it
