Employees are very rude and very disrespectful at Drive-Thru and Windows. I was Picking up Doordash orders around 7:30ish. This wasn't once but 3rd times I'm having issues with this place for Doordash

Claims they are open 24 hrs. It never open past 1. Will take my money through the app for pickups just for you to get there and they tell you they're closed and WILL NOT refund your money to you. Empl

worst mcdonalds ever, slow and not friendly. went and got family food and didn't even give me half my food... highly encourage going to the one in kernstown. much better service and friendlier employe
