Great customer service. Turn around on glasses were timely. Fairly decent options for frames.

If they are still open for business it won't be for long. Nobody answers phones or calls back on voicemail. Web portal to book appointments does not work and dead ends during booking process. No stars

This is my second time to Pearl in Issaquah I had a good experience. I hope my glasses cn get here faster than 2 weeks.
