I never know if I am supposed to go to the bar and order or will the server come to us. The menu is basically non-existent it used to be a wonderful little after work bistro spot but it is useless now

It's a solid 4 stars hotel bar! Came by for their weekday happy hour. I wasn't that hungry and opted for some cocktails and their Boudin egg rolls which was pretty good! The service was great as well.
