when i called i was on hold for half an hour the guy answered my call but before even got the chance to finish my sentence he put me on hold, what's the point of answering if you not going to answer?

I wanted to give this company a try and boy was i disappointed with the office staff.. The Optician was fantastic, but the employees in the front were trying to up charge me on glasses with extras tha
