What a great park! The campground is large, clean, and provides you that Missouri River fix. Within the park you have the Custer House, the fort, a Visitirs Center, Coffee Shop, an old cemetery, Ind..
All of the fort has been reconstructed. They have only done a few buildings with lots of plot markers. One barrack & the stables are all that you can go into to. One other building but it’s closed. Go
I can not say enough about this place. My wife and I learned a lot about what it was to be like at an outpost on the Northern Plains. The walking paths were beautiful and educational. The amazing view
