I came for a pickup order and it took 20 minutes for someone to help me it's ridiculous my food was done at 11:12 and still here at 11:49 it's insane

This is definitely Applebee's! Nothing wrong with wanting Applebee's and then getting Applebee's. Expectations aren't really high, but I will say the server was very kind. Service was pretty slow on a
