My first time visiting the store and was pleasantly surprised. Ryan the store manager took care of me. I caught some sale items that I'm looking forward to wearing.

I didn't know how much I needed a J.Crew Factory store nearby until this store opened. The staff is very nice and always ask if I need any help and want to help as opposed to other stores around that

This is a Factory Outlet. It is not your standard J. Crew Store. Nice looking store. Everything is well organized and unlike Marshall's there isn't a long line to check out. The prices are outrageous.
