Portillos is an institution in Chicago. This location is nice and offers all the traditional Portillos eats. Kids and the family love the dogs and the food but I have to say it hit the wallet hard. No

Quality of food has gone down hill. Fries are half filled and when I ordered a salad, it came with maybe 3 pieces of chicken. Not what it used to be at all.

Here we go again. Second time in a row they messed up my spicy chopped salad. I ordered it with no Gorgonzola cheese. And guess what? It has Gorgonzola cheese in it. Place is getting lazy
