Confusing ordering process. I sat down and they had QR codes for ordering at every seat. No service staff in sight. I ordered and paid virtually, then was chastised by staff for not ordering in person

Overpriced and takes 30 minutes, tried to order a quesadilla, paid $17, waited 30 minutes and never got it because my flight was boarding.
