It's just a bad store overall. Bad chain as well. Bad customer service, misleading options for delivery orders.

The tall lady with the long black hair had a horrible attitude at me because I asked for her help with a fish, she angrily stomped over and didn't say a word, I apologized for asking her to do her job

Love taking my dog here to use the pet wash. Nice store and friendly staff. I went there the other day and they had dog cookies for $.50 the money goes towards the Humane Society. Good to see this.
