Provider (James Cartwright per paperwork) did not even knock upon entering the patient room, mumbled his name so much so that I didn't understand him then looked in my son's ear and said it was "bad."

Urgent closes @ 7:30pm I arrived for care at 7:03pm I was told I was too late. I asked them to please help as I needed urgent care for my ear infection sad to say I was denied. Please change your name

I have used the services provided by Baya Urgent Care and I must say the staff was very professional and attentive. I have no complaints and would recommend BUC to anyone needing immediate medical car
