Saw a film there Saturday the venue is a little lacking in places, the cinema numbering is a tad confusing, seats ok normal extortionate pricing of refreshments

We are regular users of Cineworld Rochester and have never had a problem, staff are always friendly and helpful. But yesterday we had a problem as I messed up the bookings and turned up 2 hours late……
