Ciccio blends into its surroundings like a celebrity hanging out in a wax museum. It’s in the basement of an apartment building on 6th Avenue, and we wouldn’t be surprised if some neighbors didn’t even know it’s there. But if you ever need a charming Italian spot with string lights, white brick walls, and some very good tagliatelle with meatballs as soft as memory foam, this is a place you should be aware of. It’s extremely useful for a drink and a snack with a third-tier friend, and it’s also open for lunch (and doesn’t get as busy then).
