Very slow and not well managed...people standing around while 1 person is doing everything....had to leave after waiting for 25 min

Very new service, ordered a mobile order and it took 35 minutes to get my sandwich. Asked twice for a status update in the second time the sandwich had been sitting there and they didn't even tell me.

So if you guys that go to Mike's they are now owned by Blackstone and they are messing everything up
