Great croissant sandwiches and great boba my fav is the mango and taro very good not artificially!

The Bahn Mi from here are always good!!! Id recommend the lemon grass one. Super good. Service is good and fast.

Went yesterday morning and I want to go again today lol. It's always clean not a lot of seating but I don't mind I usually just grab and go anyway. I had a cronut (croissant doughnut) and a banh mi sa
