I contacted them as I was looking for a plumbing supply store. They came up on my google search. The lady on the phone was rude and unprofessional. She spoke to me like a 4 year old. Typical attitude

Fair prices and quality work normally out in a day or 2 for non emergencies in my experience.

This is not service related but customer service related. I just wanted to say that I called to make sure there was still someone on the way and Heather who answered the phone was not polite and witho
