My husband to my suv into the shop he told my husband everything would be 450 and then called back and said he needed to get the compressor out the car to do it and said it would be 550 and my husband

I contacted Bates Tire Auto many times about repairs that I wanted done on my vehicle. I contacted them via email=No Answer. I wrote a letter again= NO ANSWER. No way to run a business.

Completed my inspections. Very helpful. Overheard other customer interactions, saw the same care & communication with everyone. Will be back.
