This was my first time buying anything from Byron Center meats. I went there for filets because my wife had a friend recommend them. I was hesitant to go because it was a 40 minute drive each way but

I have had two cows butchered here. Considering what I paid, I received a fraction of what I should have. All of the best parts of the cow were kept by Byron center. I did not receive any: marrow bone

Excellent selection! Staff is friendly & knowledgeable. We have used BCM to process our home grown animals for years.
