After my visit mid week of long slow lines, I went and looked at the reviews and saw the same complaints of long, slow lines. I walked out after only 1 person moved up the line in 10 min with 2 teller

No improvements over a year. I'm counting 9 people in line with only one person working the window. Poor customer service is the downfall to any business.

BOA is possibly the most frustrating place that I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Their answering AI service is just appalling. Just awful.
