I took my small dog in for shots and a nail trim. They cut his nails so short they were bleeding. I could hear him yelping from the other room. They wouldn't bring him back into me for almost an hour.

*i have never had my pets seen at this clinic,* However I scheduled an appointment with one of their sister-clinic through a lady who worked at the Perry clinic and WOW. This lady was the nicest lady
