I never signed up for a monthly membership and they just started charging my card for $40. No way to cancel, have had to dispute charge with credit card company and they still charge me the next month

They took my $7 which is suppose to be a regular wash, when we went through it was just a car wash without soap. Just a rinse! Did t know you have to pay extra for soap! WTH?
