They never answer the phone and whenever they do are so rude. These are supposed to be people you go to for help and they talk to you like you're the biggest bother

You could do your job that my tax dollars pay for. Dont bother calling. They're all at starbucks off Valpico and Tracy Blvd. Office staff is kind, everyone else.......joke
