Over the past several years, I have been disappointed in Baskin and Robbins for the simple reason they have discontinued having malts. apparently, they quit using malt powder and only sell milkshakes.

These small portion sizes are ridiculous. Other places will at least fill the cup up. This place serves a tiny scoop that barely fills half the cup and charges full price.
