Just finished a couple of classes with our new instructor, Lindsay, who impressed me with her choreography and class management. The timing for each sequence was perfect, and transitions were organic.

Just signed up for another year 4 years and counting , best workout ever. If you haven't tried it yet you must add it to your list of things to try for 2025.

Love this workout! All of the instructors bring so much energy to the class and are super helpful & nice! Highly recommend this studio!
