I am a Platinum member, and the first room we were given was very odd. It was on a high floor but at the very end of the hallway. There was a large, loud fan running nearby that you could clearly hear
DO NOT STAY HERE - 'F' RATING ON BBB! This is the most dishonest hotel I have ever dealt with. My son was having surgery at Boston Children's so we decided to stay at the Resident Inn Boston Back Bay.
