Got soggy unfried fries. Even their McFlurry sucks. And they never gove you ketchup or anything!!!!

Placed an order through the app. Didn't receive one of the items, have yet to get a full refund for that item. It's been over a month. Why is it so hard to get a refund for the item that never arrived
