I love my apartment, the maintenance team as well as office team. No longer safe place to live as it was 6 years ago. Very dark at night, vandalism of cars. Rent increases 100.00 per year.

Let me start with saying some ot the office staff is very unprofessional and rude never follows up on anything the dogs in the buluding made the hall stink no matter how much you clean it.The neighbor

Don't let their name fool you, I can't wait for my lease to end. It used to be called summer wood, the lakes 8201 and now they are called evergreen luxury apartments. Do your research about this place
