Great repair on my expensive piece, but dismissed rudely when I wanted a cheap (but very important to me) piece repaired. I was treated rudely and have no desire to step back in the store.

Bad customer service poor record keeping. 3 weeks late with my necklace, poor service inside. And every time I called received different information. Avoid there are better options.
