I went to the Brook Rd store this morning to get 225 copies of a letter printed on color paper. The store was supposed to open at 11 but it was not opened until 11:20. At the copy area I was"helped" b

The manager Jane has no concept of Customer Service. As I stood before her needing assistance with 10 copies, she said she wouldn't help me. I was the only customer in the store. Nobody needed copies

Would rather not be hung up on! Pretty rude lady on phone didn't sound like it was a pain to help me out.
