Extremely rude, had me wait 20 minutes, totally ignoring me, then told me they are only taking online orders today, then just said BYE!, this is not the first time they have been rude and unprofession

Not sure why they ever have a shift with only one person... seems like poor management to me... Still a subway sub so at least it taste good even if you have to wait.
