Trying to book an oil change but the service dept never answers the phone, make a request online and no one even gets back with you about it. They want you to call rather than use the online service,

The service department is horrible. they've had my vehicle for 4 days and I haven't heard back from anyone. No one answers the phones or returns any voicemails.

Total shitshow. Can't replace a battery in a key fob or remember to replace a bulb. Why bother telling them what the issues are if they don't listen. Go literally anywhere for better service.
