Dont bank with them. they say one thing and do another. I qualified for skipping a payment and did everything I was asked and they took payment anyways.

Calling to get answers from customer service is horrible. No one answers the phone. Keeps you on hold or drops call until you opt for a call back. Service reps when they call back are unable to answer
