Nice folks, although it took them many days more to (claim) that it was fixed. Vacuum failed immediately when I brought it home.

After 34 years it was time to replace my Viking sewing machine, and Frank and Susan took the time to go over all the (many) bells and whistles that were added to machines since the last time I bought.
