BEWARE! I purchased a pair of glasses for $79.95 at the end of August and when one of the lenses fell out, I realized there was a silver screw sticking out of the right side of my rose-colored frames.

Extremely unprofessional to cancel my appointment the day of with no explanation. Then when I try to reschedule there is no time's available and no one will answer the phone.

Excellent service. I had an issue with a pair of glasses I had purchased. Sara J. and the gentleman in the main office took care of the situation which was resolved much to my satisfaction. Thank you!
