Toilet areas stank of urine, like an old people’s home. Disgusting! Cinema so stuffy almost had to abandon the film half way through - why no air con?? Will go to Truro next time

Very disappointed overall. staff very young and extremely rude Cinema seats were dirty and wet and when asking for help just sarcastic and rude .
