It has been more than a month and my insurance is not registered with MVD. I call and they get upset for requiring them to do their job correctly

I have been a customer for over 8 years they are very racist now iam black woman can't get a affordable quote agent aren't helpful at all

They don't answer their phones. I've been on hold for 59 minutes and counting... Terrible customer service.
