The smashburger is why you’re coming to The Rabbit Hole in Mission-Bernal. It has that standard thin, crisped-up patty covered in perfectly melted cheese, but the pickled vegetables it’s topped with make this funky burger unlike any other in the city. Unfortunately, the rest of the slightly Taiwanese menu is a bit inconsistent or disappointing. Still, the ample amount of seating keeps locals pouring in after work to grab a drink from their impressive cocktail menu—the savory ones with ingredients like duck fat-washed brandy and Shaoxing wine make a great pairing with the burger.
