Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Especially Lateshia, she went out of her way to help us with any questions about the area.Elevator being down, but understand that could not be helped.

No elevator, room floor dirty

The rooms were clean and in decent shape! The staff was friendly.The beds were a little uncomfortable, there is no elevator, the outside and the hallways could use some updating.
