I'm actually blown away by these 1-star reviews. I went to HYE before Covid on a non-consistent basis for 4-5 years. I always found the staff great, the teachers amazing, and their rules common sense

The front desk people would not let me go into their class being only about one minute before the class started. Not only that but they were so rude to me.
