Unfortunately Potbelly was a hot mess this afternoon. I ordered online for convenience and to be sure my food would be ready at the pickup time I selected. However, my food was still over 30 minutes l

Clean and plenty of seating inside and outside. The workers were nice except one who really didn't interact which came off rude since he was making the sandwich. The food was great so we will be back!
