I exercise 4 days a week with a group of other seniors at the Golden Swim time. We're on are own at are own pace. So relaxing and FUN! Water temp is tolerable for me. Large pool with plenty of swimmin

Always nice staff and the only indoor pool in the valley. Downsides are it is old. Like from the 70s or 80s. So it has some wear and tear but nothing extreme where it feels icky or unsafe, just cosmet
