This location is a frequent visit for me when I am in Cleveland. The staff is friendly and provides a very good sandwich. Today's choice was a #2 Jersey.

What went well? I would have to say everything. My order has never been wrong. My sandwich had just the right amount of toppings. The customer service is spot on and friendly. Would highly recommend J
