You will never be able to get in touch with anyone. The phone line will route you through every conceivable and infuriating AI bot possible. They simply don't answer their phones and customer service

No no and no just please do not trust these people with your vehicles. They lie and cause you to go in circles to get a reply and an outcome to their faults. There is NO warranty package!!! ITS a scam

Went to their shop to get a rock chip on our windshield repaired & they had closed an hour earlier, no lights on and the door was locked. Bad customer service.
