If I could give zero, I would - I paid for this rental with expedia rewards. When I picked it up, I had 3 add ons - Gas, Toll and Phys damage. All this was $400!!! But, They ended up charging me more

OMG' PLEASE READ I believe I was scammed by ACE rental car in Mpls. When I picked up my car the agent (a young guy) was standing in at the back of the car with the trunk open as id he were a chauffeur

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I had one experience with this place with no problems, the next was nothing short of a nightmare. Do not, I repeat do not rent from this place. They are scamming
