We had a wonderful stay at this Embassy Suites. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, but what truly made our experience exceptional was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was in.

Great property to stay at. Marcie and Patty at the bar area provided great service. Ricky, Raquel and Evelyn at the front office area had excellent service and made our stay very pleasant.

We picked this off-strip hotel for the indoor pool and the shuttle and no resort feeds or gambling.  But it was pretty much a bust. No shuttle, no pool towels. We had a delayed flight and arrived to .
