Had an appointment and their computers were down, but they kept taking appointments. I waited for an hour before I left. Very poorly run!

I went to renew a license by appointment today and was turned away. The birth certificate to renew the license was laminated and we were told in order to get a new one we would have to get a new birth

And after losing the new driver's license, customer service was just as prompt and courteous this second visit.
