I was told they were running 15 minutes behind. There were only three cars in front of me and the full service wash none in the express lane. It took an hour and 26 minutes for them to finish my car.

I'm sitting here inside getting my car washed as both me and my wife got the monthly membership . We do get our cars cleaned once or twice a week and they do a great job. The service is fantastic And

Their cancellation process is garbage. You have to use an online form to "request" cancellation, you can't call. I have tried to cancel my membership for months. I don't even have the same car anymore
