Ivy and Rudy, at the Cypress location, were so great to deal with (10/10)!!! Hubby's battery was weak and needed a replacement. They tested it and was within warranty so they swapped out with no issue

**Update**** We were informed by the dealership that due to the bad battery and having an update sent to computer it fried the module internally. This repair is now costing us $2300. Thank you Interst
